My blog is a place for me to document the things "in my life". I love writing, dancing, music, the Beatles, everything about the 90's, old school rap, paper, crafts, day planners, girlfriends, the Cougs, Marcus Trufant, shopping, Euro travel, Barcelona, budgeting, healthy living, and rose wine (among other things). I want to highlight the delicate balance between being a domestic B-ham wife and a jet-setting fashionista - all at the same time!

So the coolest thing happened near the end of the show. I am dancing with Jake to Hey Jude near the front of the stage when the guitarist pulls me on stage and hands me a microphone. I sang the end of Hey Jude with the band (although I am pretty sure that my mic was off) and then stayed for thier finale, Twist and Shout. It was so fun!!!
After the show, we chatted with the band who had remembered me from my 2 previous concerts. They remembered that I was from Bellingham and that I brought my parents to the show last time. I talked with Jeff about their Abbey Road project release party and coming to Bellingham. He gave me his card and I also planted the seed about playing a private party in the summer of 2010…
At one point, Tim asked me to sing lead for their encore but I don’t really know the words to Helter Skelter. They ended up finding Dan who is so good. I think I would be way too scared anyways. Still awesome that he asked me. I am a super fan of Creme Tangerine!!!! I can’t wait to see them again!!! Thanks Tim for letting me pretend to be a Beatle on this Halloween!!!
