My blog is a place for me to document the things "in my life". I love writing, dancing, music, the Beatles, everything about the 90's, old school rap, paper, crafts, day planners, girlfriends, the Cougs, Marcus Trufant, shopping, Euro travel, Barcelona, budgeting, healthy living, and rose wine (among other things). I want to highlight the delicate balance between being a domestic B-ham wife and a jet-setting fashionista - all at the same time!

The Bite of Bellingham
…was a huge success. For $10.50 each Jake and I sampled an all beef hot dog with all the fixings, a veggie flat bread, grilled cheese sandwich with apple and bacon, BBQ pork slider, fig and prosciutto skewer, 2 beet salads, almond cake, a lemon tart, pineapple jasmine iced tea and blue chamomile lemonade.
Yeah, it was plenty of food and all so delicious. Pictured is my random favorite, the balsalmic beet salad with onion and walnuts.
