I had the idea to host a fall harvest dinner. The only rule was that everything was made from fresh fall ingridients such as squash, pumpkin and apples. Our menu was delicious and included all of the following dishes. However, these pictures are not from my house!!

Acorn squash

Butternut squash risotto
Pork Medallions with apples and sage
We also had a spinach salad with apples, onion, walnuts and blue cheese, cranberry wine and hot spiced apple cider. Tis the season!!
