For dinner last night, I went easy and made burgers and veggie burgers.  I wanted to fancy it up a bit so I found a list of burgers and picked a couple to highlight.  I wrote up these little cards and then presented all of the toppings including bacon, blue cheese, mushrooms, onions and plenty more.  There were some nice looking burgers being made with all sorts of delicious combinations.  It made a totally simple meal and made it much more interesting!  For 101 Burger/sandwich ideas, check out this article.  You can theme your burgers to your event like I did.  Jesse (the guest of honor) likes blue moon beer and that is what we were serving plus he is moving to Colorado, hence the Colorado Cowboy and Blue Moon burgers.
