My blog is a place for me to document the things "in my life". I love writing, dancing, music, the Beatles, everything about the 90's, old school rap, paper, crafts, day planners, girlfriends, the Cougs, Marcus Trufant, shopping, Euro travel, Barcelona, budgeting, healthy living, and rose wine (among other things). I want to highlight the delicate balance between being a domestic B-ham wife and a jet-setting fashionista - all at the same time!

This was our delicious seafood feast prepared by Trevor and Alison on the 4th of July. They picked up a spice mix in New Orleans that they used on the seafood boil. Perhaps the name should have been an indication. It was called “Slap you Mama”. This stuff was freaking hot!! Alison loves spice and was unphased but the rest of us were dying and then cracking up all at the same time. I even got a bit of juice from a shrimp in my eye and it turned it red and was so painful. The food was delicious (as always at the Keetch-Gioia household) but the “Slap your Mama” Seafood boil was definitely an experience!!
