My blog is a place for me to document the things "in my life". I love writing, dancing, music, the Beatles, everything about the 90's, old school rap, paper, crafts, day planners, girlfriends, the Cougs, Marcus Trufant, shopping, Euro travel, Barcelona, budgeting, healthy living, and rose wine (among other things). I want to highlight the delicate balance between being a domestic B-ham wife and a jet-setting fashionista - all at the same time!

Jake ran in the Lake Padden Triathlon today. He is seriously so impressive. He did great again this year. We estimate he shaved off 10 or so minutes from last year. Wade participated as well and I won the coveted “Best Spectator” award. OK, that doesn’t really exist but I do like to cheer on all of the participants. I yell things like “Way to go”, “You’re almost there” and “Good Job”. Triathlons are such positive events. I love watching Jake and Wade make all of their transitions and cross the finish line! Karli and my parents took some more good pics that I will post later.
