This week, I traveled over to Paco, WA with a car-full of ladies to do a site visit at Columbia Basin Community College. My old friend from grad school runs the program so he set up a wonderful visit for us. After observing for a few hours on Wednesday, Jason and his new wife joined the 4 of us at Taverna Tagaris. This place could not be more perfect. The food and wine was delicious. We sipped on this bottle of Boar Doe, a nice red blend. It hit 98 degrees so we dined outside and stayed cool in the shade with a warm, summer breeze. Highlights included an incredible amounts of clams served with our Spanish clam and chorizo pasta dish as well kobe beef cooked into bread for a delicious and unique tapas.
