My blog is a place for me to document the things "in my life". I love writing, dancing, music, the Beatles, everything about the 90's, old school rap, paper, crafts, day planners, girlfriends, the Cougs, Marcus Trufant, shopping, Euro travel, Barcelona, budgeting, healthy living, and rose wine (among other things). I want to highlight the delicate balance between being a domestic B-ham wife and a jet-setting fashionista - all at the same time!

Local B-ham pick of the week (Round 2)
These tend to get out of control in summer because there is just so much fun stuff to do around here! Saturday morning, Jake and I checked out Free Community Boating Day. I wonder how many events happen in B-ham that involve the work community??
This local boating center rented out all of their sailboats, rowboats and kayaks for FREE as a kick off to summer. Jake and I learned a bit about rowing and then off to the water! Activity #1 for the day…check!
