Awesome.
Welcome to Washington!
…And welcome to my closet with much more frequency than ever before. Now at South Center, Toby and I indulged in a fall shopping experience. My best find and H&M…everyday skinny jeans at $34.90.
My 2nd favorite day of the year
I posted a week ago about Seafood Extravaganza and how it was my favorite day of the year. Tomorrow is possibly my 2nd favorite day. When the Cougs come and play in Seattle, we always have a good time. This year we play Oklahoma Sate and will be setting up at 8:00am at Tailgater’s Heaven.

Just watching The Office BBC version and stumbled upon the episode with these classic lines.
“Whatever” - in a classice British accent responding to a compliment
“Fashion” - comment from David Bren in response to comments about his outfit.
Love it. I will be bringing The Office BBC to Seattle this weekend. Can’t wait to re-watch the whole series!
Little present for Sarah...
myaujourdhui:
Sarah! I just bought you a belated birthday present! :)
Why is BigSare.com taken?! Because you now own it - duh! Happy Birthday from one geek to another.
Yep, that’s right. I now have my own website compliments of my BFF and the techiest girl I know!
Thanks friend!!!
Rainy day blues
Today, August 24th has been the rainiest day ever. It has been dark and gloomy ALL DAY. I am so grateful for the gorgeous day we got yesterday. The rain matches my mood. I have done nothing today but watch Law and Order reruns and blog.
On some number day, God created the Beatles, and he said it was better than...

In response to Vickie giving in to Juan Antonio...
Sarah: She really couldn't say no. He's an artist, he's hot, he's Spanish, he took her to a Spanish guitar concert.
Jake: You are never going to Europe without me again.
7:15pm - Met up with Becki, Karli, Toby and Chris for this movie. I know, strange choice for me, to request a movie on my birthday. I loved EVERY second of this movie. I am already obsessed with Barcelona but this movie made me want to move to Spain today! Mix in Spanish speaking characters, fun sights and restaurants that Jake and I have actually been to and this girl was in heaven.
1:00pm - Lunch at D’Anna’s (a third annual birthday tradition) with Meagan and Toby. I strayed from my usual linguine with clams and tried the homemade gnocchi. Yum…. Also, by this time the sun came out to shine for us.
Let the b-day festivities begin...
Curious about my job??
BTC just released this video which features one of my programs, I-BEST. Just a warning, there is a lot of me in the video. I have worked closely with every single student in the video with advising and paying for school. They are so freaking cute I can barely handle it!! If you go to the link, click on the video called “Integrated Basic Education Skills Training. Length 3:07.” ...
Shout out to 1997
When I was in HS, I loved fast food and ate it all the time. We would eat dinner with our families and then drive through Jack in the Box at 10:00pm. Last night on the way home, I told Jake that I wanted something that was really bad…Chicken strips and curly fries at 10:30pm. Luckily, Jack in the Box is open 24 hours. How can something so bad taste so good?? Our grease fest brought me...
"Cro-nine"
I have been talking about going to Croatia in 2009 for the last 6 months, trying to convince everyone I know to join us. Yesterday, at lunch, Tawny appropriately named our trip “Cro-nine” (and told me that they are seriously considering going). I love it! So much easier to say…
Sarah: Take a picture with me at this cute outdoor film in Fairhaven.
Jake: You can't even tell where we are. People won't know what we are doing.
Sarah: I can't figure out how to take pics in the dark and the sun just went down so I can't show the movie playing.
Jake: If I have to take a picture, I am going to make a silly face
Sarah: And I will blog it to punish you.
